Chrome, shiny paint and fancy designs brightened a sometimes dreary day at Riverside City College, in California, and helped celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. The Lowrider Car Show was sponsored by Associated Students of Riverside City College. The event was part of Latinx Heritage Month at RCC.
