Wonders of Mexico, a first professional folkloric dance production based in Tulsa, performs at the Oklahoma City Community College Visual and Performing Arts Center Theater during the 2016 Anita Martinez Mariachi Festival. The second mariachi festival is set for Thursday-Feb. 10 with events at OCCC and Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center.
