Photo: Architects Johnson Fain are designing a Mexican food-themed museum that is slated for the firm’s forthcoming LA Plaza Village complex.

The Downtown Los Angeles-based LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes, a cultural center located in L.A.’s El Pueblo Historical Monument, is pushing for a new Mexican food-themed museum to open in early 2019.
