The Longroom – a collaboration between burgermeister Anthony Pinzone, his cousin Sam Pinzone, who’s worked with Neil Perry, Jacques Reymond and Paul Wilson, and head chef Jamie Garcia – occupies a spacious corner site, flanked by outdoor seating.
