The annual Apple Blossom Parade featured Mexican culture with its theme ‘Viva St. Joseph.’ This year, the parade fell on Cinco de Mayo. The Cancholas and Barbosas are two of the first families of Mexican heritage to establish themselves in St. Joseph, Missouri.
