Auburn, New York – Connie’s is back, with most of the same Mexican and barbecue favorites and a new look on the inside. New owners David and Shelaina Pflug, bought the restaurant and its recipes from Connie and Doug Buschman about two years ago. David Pflug installed Mexican tiles as accents throughout the restaurant. They finally reopened in Nov. 13.
