Photo: Phoenix photographer Luke Dorsett will speak about the history of lowriders at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on March 27, 2018. Learn about the worldwide influence of 20th-century lowriders during a lecture Tuesday at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. It’s part of the center’s Discovery series about Japan. Documentary photographer Luke Dorsett will display photographs and video footage he shot while traveling the globe looking for lowrider scenes in Asia and South America.
