Cisco Martinez and Gure Martinez were participants in the Zoot Suit contest at the Zoot Suit Pachanga last year. This year’s event was held Saturday in Klein Park. The 2nd annual event celebrated the culture and history of the Mesquite neighborhood, with a Zoot Suit fashion show, Pin Up Girl contest, boxing, live bands, a car show, lowrider bikes, food and retail vendors.
