Architectural services for the new Cheech Marin Center of Chicano Art, Culture and Industry in downtown Riverside will be provided by the firm Page & Turnbull. The City Council on Tuesday, Oct. 24 approved a $100,000 professional services agreement with the firm, which covers the first phase of work to turn the existing downtown main library into the Cheech Marin Center.
