Photo: Oceanside-based Rick Dore will show his latest creation, Shangri-La.
The aluminum-bodied Shangri-La began life as a 1936 Cadillac chassis with the custom metalwork done by Marcel’s Custom Metal in Corona. But Dore designed and modified just about everything else, he said, except for the rearview mirror, license plate frame and the Cadillac wire wheels and tires.
