Hispanic Heritage month kicks off with a great celebration! The Hispanic Heritage Festival, organized by Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County, will take place noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, in Central Park in Red Wing. This amazing event will start with a mariachi band performance followed by Aztec and Colombian dancers, Puerto Rican Bomba Show, and the incredible Caribbean band Rumba Eterna.
