Calo Kitchen and Tequila, worth a shot in El Segundo

The Apollo Landing on Rosecrans is already a haven for foodies with a Shake Shack, Tender Greens, Randy’s Donuts and Philz coffee. Now, they’re adding a high-end, modern Mexican restaurant called Calo Kitchen and Tequila.The new name, Calo, comes from the moniker Mexican-American field workers used in the early 20th century.
