Norma Castillo pours cinnamon, sugar and water inside a bowl of flour and shortening until it reaches the right consistency. Eventually, the contents will turn into crispy, cinnamon-sugar coated buñuelos. The three generations help roll the dough, fry the rounds and coat them in sugar.
