Inspiration is where you find it — and for Herbert Sigüenza, it arrived one day in that crucible of creativity known as the dentist’s office. The actor-playwright and artist was just 7 years old when, in the waiting room of a San Francisco dental practice, he flipped open a copy of a book called “The Private Life of Pablo Picasso.”
