Fort Payne Main Street hosted its second Latino Festival on Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Fort Payne Rotary Pavilion. Tim Harris was the Fort Payne Main Street director. Fort Payne Main Street board member and event organizer Ken Mayo said this year’s event was well organized.
