The Atwood community in Placentia, California, took a pause from efforts to restore a 40-year-old mural near Parque de los Ninos to have a little fun and recognize everyone’s hard work. During a recent celebration day, the mural was dedicated by Mayor Rhonda Shader and Orange County Supervisor Doug Chaffee and residents gathered for a morning playing softball. There was also music and dancing.
