Today’s animated Google Doodle celebrates the actor, singer, and comedian Tin Tan’s 104th Birthday who got his beginning in the nightclubs of Ciudad Juarez, only south of the Rio Grande and proceeded to reclassify a misconstrued youth culture. The accurate beginnings of the Mexican-American term “Pachuco” are difficult to pin down, yet one of the most renowned Pachucos in history would need to be Tin Tan.
