Smiling crowds gather to ogle and take pictures of lowered bombas and 1964 Chevy Impalas tricked out with shiny spoked rims and hand-painted pinstripes. Celebrate Mexican Independence Day (as well as those of Guatemala, Nigaragua, and El Salvador).
