Towards the end of the main gallery in the Irvine Fine Arts Center (IFAC), a collection of eighteen original cassette cases, from decades ago, are stacked into an incomplete square. The work is titled, “¿Listo Para El Baile? / Ready For The Dance?” by William Camargo, a 30 year-old, first-generation MFA student from Claremont Graduate University.
