Deborah Cullen-Morales has joined the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the $6.5 billion grant maker, as program officer for arts and cultural heritage. She was a research scholar at the Chicano Studies Research Center at the University of California at Los Angeles, and she is also the former executive director of the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
