Photo: This lowrider rolled through during last year’s Cinco de Mayo Parade. Lowriders were at Richmond High to pay tribute to the Class of 2020.
The Class of 2020 graduates were honored thanks to the lowrider community. The Bay Area Peacekeepers (BAP) invited lowriders to welcome and congratulate the graduates as they pick up their caps and gowns.
