Friday afternoon, officials with the City of El Paso, Texas, invited the public to a virtual workshop for the design of the Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC), set for next week. The voter-approved Mexican American Cultural Center is a signature project of the 2012 Quality of Life Bond program.
