A display of lowrider vehicles has been hugely popular at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California, and now the LeMay-America’s Car Museum in Tacoma, Washington, has opened an exhibit in its Route 66 gallery featuring 11 lowriders as well as lowrider-theme bicycles and art. The cars on display include a 1947 Chevrolet Fleetline, 1955 Mercury, Chevy Impalas — including convertibles and wagons from 1961-66 – and a 1986 Buick Regal.
