Chattanooga’s first Latino mural has now been unveiled just in time for National Hispanic Heritage Month. The 40 by 11-foot painting is at the corner of West Main and Broad Streets. The artist, Alex Paul Loza, explained Sunday why he decided to name the mural ‘Dreaming Forward.’
