Texarkana now has a hair care establishment that caters to the Latino community. Mind you, anyone can get their hair cut here, Exclusive Cuts takes all customers. However, according to co-owner Brandon Diosdado, to date there hasn’t been an establishment for hair styling in Texarkana that was prepared to deal with some of the nuances in the Latino community.
