The walls of Red Wing City Hall’s main lobby are currently covered in photos of community members. The exhibit, “I, too, am Red Wing,” is a collaboration between Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County, Minnesota, the Red Wing community, photographer Chap Achen and volunteer Diane Aisnbrey.
