El Nopal Mexican and Latin American Cuisine is expected to add some flavor to the restaurant scene downtown. Owner Alex Reyes said he’s hoping to open the restaurant at 121 E. 2nd Street by December 20. Reyes said the menu will feature popular Tex-Mex items as well as Central American flavors. He has another restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
