Chaffey College has been ranked the No. 3 community college in California to enroll and graduate Hispanic students, according to Hispanic Outlook on Education magazine. The magazine ranked colleges throughout the nation based on total degrees and certificates granted at community colleges in 2017 and total enrollment of Hispanic students the same year. The rankings were included in the magazine’s “Top Community Colleges for Hispanics” edition, which was released on Feb. 25.
