Winters, California, Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Bandas Unidas: The first annual Hispanic music festival. It includes local food vendors and drink vendors at the location. This event was started by two young individuals from Winters that have created a W.R.L.D Exclusive Entertainment with the vision of people coming together through music while building cultural bridges in our communities.
The music festival will take place at the Winters Community Center and amphitheater. Baile Folklorico is coming from Woodland. Baile folklorico literally translates to “folkloric dance.”
