Ray Garcia is passionate about lowriders—so passionate that he’s the owner of a 1971 Monte Carlo lowrider and a member of the “Switch San Diego” car club. 2019 was the second year that the Goodguys Del Mar Nationals car show hosted the PPG Lowrider Palace. The 19th annual show was held April 5–7 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar, California.
