Austin, Texas — The Mexican American Cultural Center is accepting applications for its Latino Artist Residency Program, officials said. Concurrent to their call for applications, MACC officials announced this week the Latino Artist Residency Program will re-branded as the Latino Artist Access Program (LAAP). Moreover, Austin Parks and Recreation and MACC officials seek the public’s feedback on the LAAP contract, officials said.
