Photo: Los Tejanos: Chicano Art from the Cheech Marin Collection will be at the Art Museum of South Texas from Jan. 12-April 29.
Actor Cheech Marin will be making a stop in Corpus Christi this summer for a film screening based on his love of art. Marin, who is best-known for founding the comedy-duo “Cheech & Chong,” made an appearance at the world premiere of “The Cheech,” a 25-minute documentary inspired by the actor’s extensive collection of Chicano art, at the AMST H-E-B Theater at the Art Museum of South Texas.
