The eighth annual Barrio Latino Art Festival will deliver an array of colors to the streets of the South End neighborhood from 1 to 11 p.m. Aug. 10 at 1411 Broadway St. Nuestra Gente Community Projects took over organizing responsibilities for the festival several years ago, but added some new entertainment this year. Founded in 2012, the Barrio Latino Art Festival is the first local celebration centered on the Latino arts and promoting the South End.
