Danny Trejo opened the fast-casual Trejo’s Tacos on La Brea Avenue in March 2016, and he’s since expanded to three other outposts of Trejo’s Tacos and three locations of his full-service Trejo’s Cantina. He’s got Trejo’s Coffee & Donuts in Hollywood, where the flavors include Mexican chocolate, margarita (with a delightfully tangy glaze and lime zest), and nacho (with jalapeno, chives, hot sauce, and cheddar) along with traditional options.
