Every season, San Diego Opera hosts a recital titled “One Amazing Night.” On Wednesday at the Balboa Theatre, a dual concert by soprano Ailyn Pérez and Joshua Guerrero more than lived up to its name. The concert was a hybrid, with the first half devoted to traditional opera arias and the second to Spanish-language boleros and rancheras written by Mexican composers.
