Issac Chiu, owner of the 1961 Chevrolet Impala convertible Ace Dippin’, is not a typical lowriding enthusiast. Lowriders have always held a special place in his heart. His parents swear his first word was carro, so it’s not a stretch to say that love started when he was quite young. Chiu is a member of the Imperials Car Club in El Paso, Texas.
