Oklahoma City (KOKH) — The cost of college continues to increase, and a long-standing non-profit is doing its part to give dozens of scholarships to Oklahoma students. Now, a reminder to students to file their applications for the annual college scholarships. The Latino Community Development Agency scholarship is open to students all over Oklahoma. To apply students must be high school seniors, of Hispanic heritage, but they are not required to speak Spanish.
