Buffalo, New York — Buffalo’s Hispanic community is celebrating some new public art that reflects its culture. The Hispanic Heritage Council has worked over the past few years, to bring new paintings, statues and landmarks to the Niagara Street corridor.  The Hispanic Heritage District runs along Niagara Street between Porter Ave. near D’Youville College and Georgia Street, near City Hall. Welcoming you into the Hispanic Heritage District are new arches, that say “Avenida San Juan.”
